Sure, losing an hour of sleep isn't fun, but I am SO EXCITED for it to stay light later! So excited!

March 26th: Fountainwood Neighborhood Yard Sale!

Join us for our 4th annual yard sale! With our powers combined we are sure to draw in a crowd of shoppers, just like our last yard sale did back in July. Jessica Carter and Jacky Gaer are once again teaming up and will take care of everything- just let them know you want your house added to the map and be out in your yard ready to make deals by 8 am on Saturday, March 26th. Sign up now by texting/calling Jessica at 818-590-4246 or send an email to JessicaCarterHomes@gmail.com

April 2nd: The Great Race

The running event of the year! At least in Agoura Hills, anyway. Test your endurance with an array of distances- they offer a half marathon through Chesebro, a 10k through Old Agoura, and a 5K through our very own Fountainwood. There is even a course for the littles. Sign up here!

REACURRING EVENTS

Tried and true, these events will always be there for you

Yoga in the Park

Every Saturday at 10 am in our very own Sumac Park. Our neighbor Chandra is a certified licensed instructor for over 20 years and will guide you through the movements. Suitable for all levels of ability. Donation based, $15 is suggested. Namaste.

Cars and Coffee

Every 1st and 3rd Saturday 7-10 am at Firestone Tire 598 W Hillcrest Dr, Thousand Oaks. Sip coffee and enjoy classic cars. Don't quote me, but I believe this is a free event.

Thousand Oaks Farmers Market

Thursdays from noon until 5pm. Located in the east end parking lot of The Oaks shopping Center. Rain or shine, you'll find local vendors selling their goods. Read all about it here.

Agoura Hills Farmers Market

Every Saturday from 9am to 2 pm at 28914 Roadside Dr, aka, Whizin Market Square. Support local businesses and enjoy the open air shopping experience! More details here.

THE LOS ANGELES SCENE

Take advantage of living in a major travel destination and play tourist in your own city

Hollywood True Crime and Haunted Tales

Every night at 6 pm a 2 hour walking tour explores Hollywood's dark underbelly. A must for any true crime aficionado, like myself! Cost $35 per person, more info here.

MAX (Multimedia Art Expo)

Do it for the 'gram! You might not be an influencer, but you will feel like one at this digital art exhibit. I'm not even going to try and explain it, you've got to see it to believe it. And yes, the photos will make your obnoxious cousin in Wisconsin wildly jealous. $15-$25 per person. 6757 Hollywood Blvd. Here for tickets.

Los Angeles Food Tours

Have your cake and walk it off too! Did you know there are walking food tours? Shut up and take my money, I'm in! There are a few different companies and multiple tours to choose from. This one looks promising, though this one claims to be rated #1. You have options. From $75 and up.
