We don't know about you, but all of this cold and rainy weather has us craving soup, 24/7. Fortunately for us, that is what Agoura Hills' own SoLé SoupS specializes in!
Born in 2012 to a humble Farmer's Market beginning, SoLé SoupS quickly grew in popularity and by 2016 demand was such that they were able to open their first soup studio right here in Agoura Hills. There is now a second location in Thousand Oaks, with rumors of a third location in the works.
Quality has been a key factor in SoLé's success. They pride themselves on using high quality, organic ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible, and free-range, grass-fed meats. The soups are made fresh daily, with a constantly revolving menu of 6-8 options available for in store purchase. Wondering what today's soups are? They update their Instagram everyday with the latest menu, you can find it all at @solesoups. For an example of what flavors you can expect, at the time of writing they are offering: Chicken-Pot-Pie Chowder, Vegan Green Split Pea, and Hearty Beef Chili. And since nothing goes with soup quite like a good salad, it's only natural that SoLé also offers a variety of fresh and flavorful salads that are crafted daily. It's a match made in culinary heaven!
You can always pick up hot and ready soup from the studio, or purchase frozen soup to eat at your leisure. With over 30 different flavors of soup offered from the freezer, deciding which one to order will easily be your hardest decision for the day!
Since comfort food is best enjoyed in the comfort of your own home, SoLé SoupS is designed to be more of a pick it up and take it home operation, but limited outdoor seating is available if needed. They are open from 11 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday, 11 am to 3 pm on Saturday, and closed on Sundays. You can find them at 28708 Roadside Dr. here in Agoura, or at 1772b E Avenida De Los Arboles in Thousand Oaks.
